Human Resources Analyst (JPO, P2)

Skills required

For the Swiss JPO programme:

• Swiss nationality
• Not older than 32 years at the date of the first round of interviews
• Fluency in English and a second UN language
• Master’s degree
• Strong interest in a longer-term career with the United Nations

 

For this position:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Public Administration or other relevant social sciences;
• 3 years of professional experience in human resources management is required. (UN Women counts relevant experience gained after completion of first university-degree. Relevant paid internship experience is counted at 50%.)
• Desirable experience includes:
  • Job design and classification
  • Working in an international context
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and modern web-based ERP systems
  • Recruitment and selection within the UN Common System;
• Knowledge of UN system recruitment and selection policies and procedures are desirable.
