Human Resources Assistant – National Position

• Provide support in full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date personnel records and documentation, including contracts, leave records, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Support the HR Manager in payroll administration, benefits administration, and compliance with statutory requirements
• Assist the HR Manager in fostering positive employee relations by promoting open communication, inclusivity, and a culture of respect and collaboration
• Provide support for organizational activities, training and workshops
• Maintain confidentiality and data protection protocols in HR-related documentation and reporting

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration
• Fluent in English both in written and spoken skills. In addition, Arabic and/or Turkish is advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an (i)NGO
• Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills and detail orientation
• Creative and eager to learn
• Excellent interpersonal skills
