Background and Organizational Context
As the United Nations lead agency on international development, UNDP works in 170 countries and territories to eradicate poverty and reduce inequality. Position Purpose
Duties and Responsibilities
Administration and implementation of HR strategies and policies, adapts processes and procedures
Ensures effective administration of human resources
Facilitates performance and talent management, knowledge sharing and career development of staff
Ensures conduct of UNDP and UN-related surveys
Facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing
