As our new HR Business Partner for our Contact Centre operation, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll provide support and guidance to our Contact Centre in line with our HR strategy to improve people capability and ultimately add value to the performance of the business. You’ll be a centre of excellence to the wider business and advise on complex and/or or escalated ER issues, ensuring they are managed and resolved at the appropriate level.

What you’ll be doing:

Our contact centre is absolutely vital to us maintaining our well-known high levels of customer service. You’ll get the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, working on a high volume of case loads whilst helping to support the contact centre in working to the best of its ability

You’ll design, develop and deliver HR technical training to managers on key policies and procedures, ensuring they have the skills to manage their team effectively.

You’ll provide updates on changes to employment legislation and best practice to the wider HR team and wider business.

What you’ll have:

We are looking for a strong HR professional boasting a wealth of strategic and commercial awareness. You must have the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders within the business where appropriate. Ideally you’ll also:

Be CIPD qualified or equivalent.

Have a HR technical background and up to date knowledge of employment law.

Have a proven track record of HR generalist experience, working in a fast paced environment.

Experience in a contact centre preferred .
