The current call is open to fill any potential vacant places at the Human Resources Department. Depending on the HR area of assignment, the trainee will be expected to carry out under supervision the following duties: 1) Support the execution of HR programmes, processes, communications, and other strategic initiatives which may include: – Assistance with all aspects of recruitment; – Assistance with HR operations; – Assistance with relocation support as needed; – Assistance with performance management activities as needed; – Assistance with all employees’ Learning & Development events; 2) Other administrative support upon need and requirements (e.g. assisting the HR team in document and file management). The area of assignment within HR may change as required by the Agency’s needs.
