  • Lead proactive and flawless communications that keep staff abreast of the latest initiatives concerning their welfare and company news and programmes.

Deliver and Develop

  • Planning, input and oversight of HR budgets for training, talent-related SaaS, facilities management, and cultural events.
  • Embrace and lead change management programmes, about M&A, team integration, benefits and rewards in a manner that improves operational performance by minimising disruption to employees, clients, and the business.

Executive Focus and Business Acumen

  • Partner with the senior leadership team to guide our performance through a variety of strategic initiatives concerning the well-being and performance of our people.
  • Be a point of escalation to resolve matters concerning employees in the context of their personal and contractual situations.

You will bring:

  • Several years of commercial experience working in an HR department, with 3-5 years in an HR leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of UK labour laws; evidence of successful structural change management; manage HR financial planning; work with staff information systems.
  • Evidence of working throughout the M&A process with demonstrable workforce integration success is beneficial.
  • Experience working for an agency or adjacent sector with an international footprint is beneficial.

And in return, Brandwidth offers:

Brandwidth recognises that managing diversity is a continuous process of improvement and not a one-off initiative. Therefore, we develop and review our diversity strategy on an annual basis to support the achievement of business goals, including ways of addressing the diverse needs of our clients.

As a growing, global company, we focus on fairness and inclusion, ensuring that merit, competence and potential are the basis for all decisions about recruitment, development and appraisals.
