The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality generalist HR support across the business. This is a broad and hands-on role, with exposure to a range of HR functions. This position can be based in either London or New York.Responsibilities:

Assist in managing recruitment efforts for non-investment teams, partnering closely with hiring managers.
Proficiently utilise and navigate the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to support the hiring processes.
Provide support on benefits administration, including responding to employee queries on coverage and enrolment.
Assist in the management of visa and immigration processes, coordinating with external providers where necessary.
Support the planning and execution of mid-year and end-of-year performance review processes.
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes.
Coordinate and execute ad-hoc HR projects in collaboration with the broader HR team.

Required qualities and skills:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR generalist.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Ability to effectively execute on competing priorities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive attitude with an ability to maintain discretion.
High level of work ethic.
