Role Overview:
To support with Employee Relations activities (including but not limited to Performance Improvement Plans, absence cases, maternity/paternity, flexible working)
To support with the annual recruitment program for the intake of Graduates and Placement Students across the business
To support with the annual on-boarding process for the intake of Graduates and Placement Students across the business
To support with L&D activities
To support with international assignment activities
Coordinate and plan team meetings.
Support employee survey analysis across the business and action plans implementation where necessary
Be the point of contact for Cranfield site for all company car scheme related queries, effectively and timely resolve and address issues. Communicate any policy changes to the business upon approval from the Line Manager
Manage NTCE HR Shared mailbox.
Any other reasonable requests in line with business requirements
What you’ll need to be successful:
2:1 Degree in Human Resources or related subject
Ideally some previous work experience in HR or admin function, either on placement, work experience and through volunteering
Attention to detail.
Working with honesty and integrity
A good communicator
Determination to succeed.
An inquisitive mindset
Be able to work autonomously.
