We’re working with agrowing, founder-led business in the education sectorthat’s on an exciting journey of expansion and we’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused HR Manager to join them as they scale.About the Business:This is a small but ambitious organisation, led by a driven founder with a clear vision for what quality early years education should look like.With recent investment and the acquisition of a large new site, the business is in the process of opening a flagship HQ. They currently operate other successful locations and are now preparing for their next stage of growth, with the new site set to become the central hub for operations.About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a generalist HR professional to take ownership of the people function in a scaling organisation. You’ll be supporting a small leadership team, embedding HR processes, and helping shape the company’s culture and approach to people as they grow.What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in nurseries, schools or the wider education sector.
• Comfortable working in a founder-led business
• Local to East London / Essex borders
• Full-time and office-based (this is not a remote or hybrid role)
• A true generalist who enjoys working in small, fast-paced environments

Expected salary

£45000 per year
