Job Description

  • Responsible for company policies, HR processes (including holiday and absence), personal development reviews, and staff handbook
  • Responsible for on-boarding, employment contracts and variation of contracts and leaving process,
  • Handling disciplinary processes, formal grievances, and terminations
  • Ensuring procedures comply with employment regulations and relevant data protection and GDPR requirements. Report to the board and management team on HR regulatory changes impacting the business
  • Manage the recruitment process to align with the management team needs, including graduate intake and placement schemes
  • Manage Immigration & Visas sponsorship licences
  • Review and monitor employee benefits and long-term incentive schemes against industry benchmarks; advise the board with proposals. Manage benefit platforms – healthcare, life assurance, pension, and cycle to work scheme.
  • Input into monthly payroll including HMRC tax updates & notices, P60s and P11Ds, pensions contributions
  • Provide oversight of training policies with the training development group
  • Provide oversight of the EDI development group
  • Provide Support with accreditations/PQQ processes
  • Support in the review of organisational structure and employee development schemes (i.e. promotion criteria)
  • Provide ad-hoc support to Company Secretary for corporate related HR matters including ad-hoc support to other WW entities globally
  • Run London office operations and support our hubs in Brighton, Bristol, and Leeds
  • Main point of contact for London sub-tenants
  • Building and facilities management, security, and health & safety compliance
  • Assign and monitor administrative tasks with front of house people
  • Business support for the directors

  • Experience with HR/payroll related software

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
