Role: HR & Payroll Coordinator

Location: London

Salary: Up to £40,000

HR & Payroll Coordinator needed for cool co-working business in London! This role provides administrative support to the entire People and Payroll function across the business and is a key duel role.

As an HR and Payroll Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the administrative elements of both the People and Payroll functions for the company across its sites.

The responsibilities within the HR element will include the employee onboarding, off-boarding, benefits administration, tracking of all people-related contracts and amendments, HR documentation, supporting on employment relations, managing supplier purchase order request.

Crucially, the role will also be responsible for the administrative and calculative aspects of all payrolls tracking and changes which stem from the people-related contractual changes and movements.

Full training will be given, and continuous support provided from the Head of People. A great opportunity for a self-motivated and passionate candidate looking to progress in their HR career!
