Join our team and chart your own uniquely United career journey!Job overview and responsibilitiesThis role provides pivotal support to the HR Manager/Director and Business Leadership in their assigned countries by supporting them in aligning day to day HR activities with the business needs and goals. This role will coordinate with the HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to leverage capabilities in support of our HR initiatives and leveraging their expertise to business needs and coordinate daily operational HR activities and leverage their expertise to business needs.As a part of the role, the HR Rep will provide centralized HR Operations support to their assigned countries, which includes creating and managing centralized HR Operations process such as sickness absence reporting, invoice processing, onboarding, off boarding, People Soft data management etc.
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.QualificationsRequired
