DRS is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to work for an INGO in Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the work of the HR department in managing staff relations issues.
- Prepare training sessions and capacity-building activities.
- Coordinate and manage complaints and investigation activities concerning the Code of Conduct and other key policies.
- Collaborate with the HR Director in the development and management of the HR budget.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in the HR field.
- Knowledge of Belgian labour law.
- Trained in investigations and interviewing.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast and changing environment, and to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office package, and Microsoft 365.
Language skills:
- Fluency in English and French
