Responsibilities
One-third of your time should be spent Recruiting the right Team Members, One-third of your time should be spent Training those team members, and then the last One-third should be spent Supervising, Administrating, and Motivating your team. Manage your time in these proportions and you will be a successful Manager.Our Hiring Process1. Fill out the simple application.2. A recruiter from our recruiting company, Yellowstone Local will reach out promptly for a prescreening call.3. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager.4. If we are a good fit for each other, they will schedule an in-person interview with the Department’s Management.5. If we are a good fit for each other, we will make an offer.

Working Environment:Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer * Service center environment with moderate noise level
