HVAC sales Engineer (with car )
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, proposing HVAC solutions, and driving sales of our HVAC products and services. This role requires a strong technical background in HVAC systems combined with excellent sales and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– *Sales and Business Development:*
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC market.
– Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants.
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
*Market Research and Analysis:*
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
– Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and target markets.
– Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends.
*Documentation and Reporting:*
– Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
– Generate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
– Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Education:*
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
*Skills:*
– Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry standards.
– Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
– Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Certifications:*
– Professional Engineer (PE) license or HVAC certification is a plus.
– Relevant sales or technical certifications are desirable.
Working Conditions:
– Combination of office work and field/site visits.
– May require occasional travel to customer sites and industry events.
– Ability to work flexible hours to meet client needs and project deadlines.
