• $15 – $20/hour based on experience
• Salary once you complete your apprenticeship varies between $45,000.00-$100,000.00+ annually

• Paid vacation structure:

• 1 year: 40 hours
• 2 years: 80 hours
• 3 years: 100 hours
• 5 years: 120 hours

Responsibilities – (You will be trained in these responsibilities)

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess their HVAC needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Identify HVAC problems through inspections and diagnostic procedures.
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for HVAC installations and repairs.
• Close sales by educating customers about our products, services, and maintenance solutions.
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential properties.
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth delivery and installation of HVAC systems.

• At least 6 months of previous experience is required

• We will train you and help you complete your apprenticeship!
• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service is required

• Must be a people person, and have strong communication skills to succeed in this position
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening check
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
