Hybrid Delivery Manager Grade 7

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join the Student Recruitment Division in the role of Hybrid Delivery Manager which sits within the UK Student Recruitment Team and will work across the team structure, Professional Services and Academic Departments. The Hybrid Delivery Manager is a vital role for contributing to the achievement of the Undergraduate and Postgraduate student intake targets, through the planning, coordination and delivery of hybrid recruitment activity and events.

As part of their decision-making process, students want access to both in-person and online content which allows them to find out more about the University and interact with staff and students. The University is therefore taking a hybrid approach to engagement activities, offering both physical and virtual experiences for enquirers, applicants, their parents and supporters.

We are looking for an innovative and creative individual to plan and deliver our student recruitment hybrid activity. You should have an Undergraduate degree or equivalent and excellent IT skills with experience of using Microsoft programmes, customer relationship management (CRM) and project planning software. You are required to have excellent communication and organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work calmly under pressure.

The role requires a flexible approach towards working patterns and unsociable hours including evenings, weekends, overnight stays and willingness to travel. You will play a significant part in our mission to innovate and improve the student recruitment journey from enquiry to enrolment. Non-salary benefits include:
