The Department of Water Resources (DWR) is looking for a Hydrogeologist III to serve the citizens of our state as a part of Team ND.
In addition to the monthly salary, this position includes fully paid health insurance for employee and family, the option to participate in employee-paid dental and vision for employee and family, participation in the state NDPERS defined contribution retirement plan as well as the option to participate in the 457 deferred compensation plan, the option to contribute to a medical spending account, and earn annual and sick leave.
The salary range for this position is $6,500 – 7,500 per month (dependent upon experience).
As a hydrogeologist with the North Dakota Department of Water Resources, you will have an impact on the sustainable management of groundwater resources, in an environment that provides many opportunities to learn using robust datasets and technology. The management of water rights requires an interdisciplinary approach of water policy, science, and data management.
