About the team you are joining

IATA Certification is the global leader
in assessment, auditing, and certification within the aviation industry. Our
programs are internationally recognized as the benchmark for excellence in air
transport standards and best practices. As we continue to expand our global
reach, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member to
support the administration and operational delivery of our certification
services.

We are seeking a motivated Intern,
IATA Certification Administration to join our dynamic team in Geneva.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in
administrative operations within a fast-paced, international environment. The
ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the
smooth execution of our certification activities.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Operations &
Administration, you will play a key role in supporting contract management,
financial operations, and internal coordination – ensuring our services are
delivered efficiently and in alignment with industry standards and internal
processes.

What your day would be like

You will provide support
across a broad range of administrative and operational tasks, contributing to
the efficient execution of projects, including:

  • Contract Management: Support contract setup, coordinate approval, and release.
  • Order-to-Cash Operations: Support customer order setup and timely billing activities.
  • Procure-to-Pay Operations: Support purchase orders processing, vendor onboarding and vendor data updates.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements for onsite certification projects.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor ongoing activities, maintain visibility of status and progress in the system, and assist with reporting.
  • Data Management: Maintain, organize, and update records, databases, and documentation to ensure information remains available, accurate and consistent.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous process improvements and maintain up-to-date user guides to support evolving business needs.
  • Compliance: Support compliance activities by ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Administrative
    Support: Proactively support internal stakeholders
    as needed.

We would love to hear from you if

  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent and must
    have graduated within the last 12 months.
  • Ability to perform as an effective team player in a multicultural working environment.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, assess and resolve issues in a structured and efficient manner.
  • Hands-on and eager to learn, with a willingness to tackle new challenges. Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written). Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
  • Candidates must possess and
