Description of the Assignment: To support the Ministry of Finance (MoF) in the development of a uniform program structure and develop training material and provide a training for preparing a program budget, as well as to develop a training material to visualize key performance indicators and trends for the establishing a clear and structured program performance reporting system. To streamline and standardize financial and programmatic processes within healthcare institutions by ensuring greater transparency, consistency, and efficiency in the allocation of resources and implementation of healthcare programs. This will contribute to achieving following results: Result 5.1.2 – Developed uniform program structure for healthcare institutions; Result 5.1.3. – Development of guidelines for preparing a program budget for healthcare institutions; Result 5.2.1. – Established a clear and structured program performance reporting system.
Period of assignment/services: March 2025 – May 2026
