description of the Assignment: National consultancy to conduct an independent final and formative evaluation of the project “Digitalization of Health Information Systems in São Tomé and Príncipe (STP)”. The evaluation will assess the expansion of DHIS2, the localization of mSupply management, and the pilot implementation of remote cold chain monitoring under the Smart Facilities for Health initiative to inform future programming
Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 1 month
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
