Description of the Assignment: To provide legal advice to the Serbian Tax Administration and prepare a Gap analysis of legislative alignment with EU requirements – Correlation Tables (CT) with the aim of harmonizing Serbian VAT law with the EU VAT directive. To support STA and Fiscal Systems Department in further modernization and automation and fulfilling EU Taxation accession criteria related to the Chapter 16 – Taxation.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
