Description of the Assignment: The purpose is to provide analysis, optimization and modernization of government protocol procedures and communication strategies, ensuring alignment with best practices to enhance transparency, efficiency, and citizen engagement. The objective is to provide expert advisory services to the Government of Serbia, focusing on designing and executing communication strategies and event logistics.
Period of assignment/services: April 2025 – July 2025
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
