The International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) is an international organisation with 21 Member States and over 60 projects active throughout Europe, Africa, Asia, the Mediterranean and the Silk Routes Region that promotes innovative, comprehensive, and sustainable migration policies. As part of its Silk Routes Region portfolio, ICMPD is currently supporting authorities in migration management.

Under the supervision of the Project Manager – Team Leader in Vienna, and in coordination with the project teams at the headquarter in Vienna, Brussels, India and Iraq, the Project Management Assistant will support the smooth implementation of activities carried out in the framework of different projects implemented in India and in Iraq. This includes support with the logistical support and operation in line with ICMPD and donor requirements.

Proven experience with enterprise resource planning software such as SAP is an asset.

Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Arabic or Hindi is an asset. ​
