ICMPD : Team Assistant – Tunis

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Team Assistant wil join the Pool of Assistants (PoA) which is part of the Admin Support Team in ICMPD Tunis FO for projects and Office Management.
The PoA combines and pools different administrative skills and delivers them in the form of standardized services.
The Pool of Assistants (PoA) under the supervision of the Office Manger ensure efficient backstopping mechanism and allow for a more flexible allocation of resources to immediate activities and “institutional/regional needs”

 

High-Level Administrative Competence, Mastery of Technology (Office Tools​, ERP), Travel and Event Management proficiency are required.
Arabic, French and English languages are mendatory​.

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: No requirements
