Vehicles for Auction
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) intends to auction vehicles. All vehicles are in used condition and will be sold on an “As is, where is” basis.
Terms & Conditions:
- Vehicles can be inspected from 11.2024 till 23.11.2024 during working hours from 10:00 to 16:30 at Erbil RAWA Auto Company- Erbil, Makhmour Road, Close to 100 Meter Road.
- The interested bidder can register to participate in the auction before the deadline.
- All vehicles have valid Traffic Police Inspection and Periodic Vehicle Inspection (PVI) until 2025.
- The bidder must deposit 3,000,000 IQD per item bid as a guarantee. The deposit will be kept until the winner will transfer the ownership of the vehicle completely.
- Unsuccessful bidders will get back their deposit amount after the auction is finalised.
- The bidder must submit a copy of a valid national ID with an information card for Iraqi nationals and a copy of a valid passport with a residency card for foreign nationals with the offer; otherwise, his offer will not be considered.
- If the bid winner changes his mind not to take the item, the deposit will not be returned.
- We have the right to reject the bid partially or fully without explanation.
- The winner should finalize the payment within 3 working days after receiving the confirmation of winning.
- The entire payment of the registration process (tax, plate n°, inspection and transfer of ownership fees) is up on the buyer.
- The buyer who pays the deposit amount must register the vehicle under his name in case S/he wins a vehicle.
