Vehicles for Auction

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) intends to auction vehicles, all vehicles are in a used condition and will be sold on an “As is, where is” basis.

Terms & Conditions:

• Vehicles can be inspected from 18^th July 2024 till 27^th July 2024 during working hours from -10:00_am- to 05:00 pm at Erbil Rawa Co, Makhmor Road close to 100 metre Road.
• The interested bidder can register to participate at the auction before the deadline.
• All vehicles have valid Traffic Police Inspection and Periodic Vehicle Inspection (PVI) until 2025.
• The bidder must deposit 2,000,000 IQD per item bid as a guarantee, The deposit will be kept until the winner will transfer the ownership of the car completely.
• Unsuccessful bidders will get back their deposit amount after the auction finalized.
• The bidder must submit a copy of a valid national ID with an information card for Iraqi nationals/and a copy of a valid passport with a residency card for foreign nationals.
• If the bid winner changes his mind not to take the item, the deposit will not be returned.
• We have the right to reject the bid partially or fully without explanation.
• The winner should finalize the payment within 5 working days after receiving the confirmation of winning.
• The entire payment of registration process (tax, plate n°, inspection and transfer of ownership fees) are up on the winner.
• The winner will not get the vehicle physically until S/he finalize the transfer of ownership.
• The winner who pays the deposit amount must register the vehicle under his name in case S/he won a vehicle.
