Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, and the overall guidance of the Chief, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), the ICT Associate provides ICT and administrative support services to Egypt Country Office provides daily technical support to users of information management tools and technology infrastructure.
The ICT Associate works in close collaboration with Programme and Operations teams to resolve complex ICT-related issues. The ICT Associate promotes a client-oriented approach.
1. Implement ICT strategies and new technologies in accordance with corporate information management and technology standards, guidelines and procedures:
2. Ensure effective functioning of Egypt Country Office (CO) hardware and software:

4. Provide administrative support regarding ICT issues:
5. Provide technical support and advice to Egypt CO:
6. Ensure Effective functioning of Egypt CO security as Security Focal POINT (SFP):
7. Facilitate knowledge building and knowledge sharing in Egypt CO:
8. The incumbent performs other duties within their functional profile as deemed necessary for the efficient functioning of the Office and the Organization.
