The Iraqi Institution for Development (IID) is seeking an experienced Training Company to deliver a 3-day capacity-building workshop focused on enhancing psychosocial support (PSS) services for front-line staff, including PSS Facilitators, Case Managers, Outreach Staff, and Psychotherapists. The workshop aims to build essential skills in providing effective PSS interventions to returnee beneficiaries, particularly vulnerable women and children. The training will emphasize group and individual support techniques, case management, and practical strategies for dealing with sensitive issues.
Key Objectives:

Strengthen the capacity of IID staff to deliver high-quality PSS interventions for returnees.
