IID – Renting Car with Driver

Invitation to Submit Offers The Iraqi Institution for Development (IID), a non-profit humanitarian organization in Iraq, invites registered companies specialized in car rentals to submit their offers for providing the following services:

Tender Details:

Service Requirements:

1. Providing a car with a driver from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
2. The service includes: fuel, driver, maintenance, and insurance if applicable. Any accidents are the responsibility of the driver.
3. Coverage area: unlimited kilometers within the governorate, movement within governorates, and travel to other governorates if necessary.

Car Requirements:

• Number of cars: 3
• Type: Four-wheel drive
• Model: 2019 or newer

Application Requirements:

Interested companies must complete the attached offer form and submit it along with the following documents:

1. The Offers application form.
2. A copy of the company registration.
3. A photo of the vehicle.

Submission Deadline:

The company will be selected based on meeting the above-mentioned requirements, and shortlisted companies will be contacted to conduct driving tests and vehicle audits.

متطلبات الخدمة:

1. توفير سيارة مع سائق من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى الساعة 5:00 مساءً، مع ساعة استراحة من 1:00 ظهراً حتى 2:00 ظهراً.
2. الخدمة تشمل: الوقود، سائق، الصيانة، والتأمين إن وجد. أي حوادث تكون على مسؤولية السائق.
3. منطقة التغطية: كيلومترات غير محدودة داخل المحافظة، الحركة داخل المحافظات والسفر إلى المحافظات الأخرى إذا لزم الأمر.

متطلبات السيارات:

• عدد السيارات: 3
• نوع السيارة: دفع رباعي
• موديل: 2019 فما فوق

متطلبات التقديم:

على الشركات المهتمة ملء استمارة العرض المرفقة وتقديمها مع المتطلبات التالية:

1. استمارة التقديم العروض.
2. نسخة من تسجيل الشركة.
3. صورة من السيارة.

موعد التقديم:

سيتم اختيار الشركة بناءً على تلبية المتطلبات المذكورة أعلاه، وسيتم إدراج الشركات في القائمة المختصرة والاتصال بهم لإجراء اختبارات القيادة وتدقيق السيارات المطلوبة
