Type of Appointment: Three months
Context
The Illustrator will create visually stunning customized illustrations for various recruitment marketing materials and the IOM’s Careers website.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Illustration, Communication Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia Art or related field from an accredited academic institution, with two (2) years of relevant professional experience.
- Completed High School degree from an accredited academic institution, with four (4) years of relevant professional experience.
Experience:
- Experience in producing illustrations to visualize organizational messages is required.
- Proficiency in illustration software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Procreate).
- Ability to interpret project briefs and translate them into visual concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong drive for results and capacity to work independently.
- Portfolio showcasing illustrations and animations (digital).
- Experience working with international, intergovernmental organizations is an asset.
- Experience with animation is an advantage.
