Immunization Officer

The fundamental mission of UNICEF is to promote the rights of every child, everywhere, in everything the organization does — in programmes, in advocacy and in operations. It accelerates progress towards realizing the human rights of all children, which is the universal mandate of UNICEF, as outlined by the Convention on the Rights of the Child, while also supporting the equitable development of a nation.
UNICEF supports MoHFW in implementation of GAVI-HSS activities which aims to improve the quality and level of immunization coverage in India and introduction of new vaccines with system strengthening.
The Immunization Officer, NOB will be based at UNICEF India Country Office and will report to Health Specialist (Immunization). The officer will provide professional technical and operational assistance throughout the program process in preparing, planning, executing and managing the GAVI HSS-3 reporting and data analytical components.
