Summary of Requirements

The OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe, Human Dimension Department, is seeking to engage a qualified non-governmental organization (NGO) with expertise in gender equality, gender-based violence (GBV), particularly domestic violence, to implement activities in the Vahdat district. The selected implementing partners will collaborate with the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe in its efforts to implement the project “Supporting and Strengthening the Women’s Resource Centre’s in Tajikistan,” which aims to increase the Host Country’s capacity to effectively and sustainably tackle domestic violence through awareness-raising and direct survivor support throughout 2025.
