Currently, we are seeking a skilled:

In-House Bank Officer – cash management (part-time: 70%)

Joining a team of 15 professionals, you will report to the Head of the In-House Bank.

Function

Your Role as In-House Bank Officer – cash management:

  • Managing daily cash management and short-term liquidity in multiple currencies, overseeing cash pools among IHB clients at various bank.
  • Executing international payments in different foreign currencies.
  • You will report to the Head of Operations.

Additional duties involve:

  • Handling claims with clients and bank partner.
  • Executing international payments across various currencies and banks.
  • Managing bank accounts, including handling documents, concepts & guidelines, opening/closing accounts, adjusting cash pools, contract oversight, and liaising with our headquarters in German.

Profile

The ideal In-House Bank Officer – cash management has the following profile:

  • Previous treasury experience in an international corporate or banking environment is advantageous.
  • Degree in Economics/Finance or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English (with a good command of French and Dutch; German proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Team player with effective interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to manage and navigate stress effectively.
  • SAP knowledge is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

Language

English (+French, Dutch and German)
