Inclusion Support Additional Assistants – Barwon / Geelong

• Permanent part-time position, term time only
• Multiple part-time positions across Geelong / Barwon region
• $25.79 – $28.77 / hour + super (dependent on qualifications)

We currently have multiple part time positions based across Geelong/Barwon, working shifts Monday-Friday to commence immediately. The roles are:

• Belmont (Tue, Thu 8.30am-4pm, 8 hrs/week)
• Belmont (Wed, Thu 12:15pm – 3:15pm, Fri 8:45am – 3:15pm, 12 hrs/week)
• Clifton Springs (Thu 8.30am-1.30pm, 5 hrs/week)
• Grovedale (Wed, Thu 9:00am – 2:00pm, 10 hrs/week)
• Grovedale (Thu 10:00am – 2:00pm, 4 hrs/week)
• Highton (Wed, Thu 8:30am – 4:40pm, 15 hrs/week)
• Lorne (Mon, Tue, Thu, 12:00pm – 2:30pm, 7.5 hrs/week)
• Norlane (Wed, Thu 9:00am – 2:10pm, 10 hrs/week)
• Portarlington (Thu 9.30am-1.30pm, 4 hrs/week)
• Queenscliff (Fri 8.15am-4.15pm, 7.5 hrs/week)
• Torquay (Wed, Thu 10.00am-1.00pm, Fri 10.30am-1pm, 8.5 hrs/week)
• Winchlesea (Mon 9.00am-2.10pm, 5 hrs/week)

So, what does an Inclusion Support Additional Assistant do?

They get to learn on the job, and support Educators to help make a difference in a child’s early education. Your day will be spent engaging with energetic children as they explore their Kinder environment through play, including some with a disability and high support needs.

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care / Childrens Services is not required, however would be highly regarded. We require availability to work part time for a minimum of 3 days/week Monday-Friday during term time.

To be eligible for this role, you will need to have or be willing to obtain:

• Working with Children Check (Victorian, Employee)
• NDIS Workers Orientation Module certificate of completion
• Police Check (Gateways will facilitate this process)
