Description of the Assignment:  Individual Contractor to develop a comprehensive Gender Action Plan for the project, focusing on energy needs, women’s leadership, gender awareness, advocacy, and green job training. Further the consultant will also support implementation, monitoring and reporting of the Vanuatu Green Transformation Project’s Gender Action Plan. At the regional level, the project recently hired a Gender Specialist to technically support the four country offices in implementing and monitoring the Gender Action Plan. 

 

Period of assignment/services:  5 months.

 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
