Introduction
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is implementing the Construction of the Abuja Centre for Entrepreneurship (ACE), which will enhance the institutional capacity of Abuja Enterprise Agency (AEA) to support an ecosystem of tech and digital SME’s to contribute to the national economy. The project focuses on designing and constructing a functional, energy-efficient building with green credentials, fully accessible for PWDs and elderly people, creating a conducive atmosphere for gender-responsive and youth development, as well as lifelong learning opportunities in line with UNDP’s mandate to promote sustainable development and resilience.
The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the construction project, ensuring adherence to UNDP’s quality standards, timelines, and environmental and social safeguards.
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than the deadline stated on QUANTUM.
Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
