Description of the Assignment:  The service provider will support the development of a zero draft of the NAPBHR based on available evidence, findings, resources and tools/guidance. They will also support subsequent efforts to finalize the NAPBHR for publication. 

The service provider will also analyse data and information on legal and policy gaps, participate in stakeholder consultations/workshops and validation sessions as necessary, support the development of priority actions and/or recommendations, and present these outcomes as needed

Period of assignment/services: 3+ months between February and April 2024

Proposal should be submitted directly to the portal no later than the indicated deadline.
