Individual Contractor (Senior ICT Infrastructure Analyst)

The objective of this individual contractor recruitment is to provide technical support and expertise in ESCWA’s core ICT infrastructure, including networking, system management, directory services, and cloud integration. The contractor will work closely with the DSDSD team to maintain, assess, and improve infrastructure components in alignment with ESCWA and UN Secretariat standards. The Individual Contractor will be responsible for reviewing existing configurations, monitoring infrastructure performance and security, and supporting the planning and implementation of improvements using widely adopted technologies in networking, identity management, endpoint management, and cybersecurity. Duties will be carried out on-site and will include infrastructure reviews, technical documentation, user and stakeholder coordination, and preparation of detailed reports and recommendations.
