These include crisis accommodation and housing services, independent high schools, cultural and wellbeing support for First Nations young people, alcohol and other drugs counselling, youth justice support, training and employment programs, life skills workshops and drop-in centres, among other services. Today YOTS employs 200 staff, supported by hundreds of volunteers, with an annual turnover of $30M and growing.

With a recently launched and exciting new five-year strategy focused on growth and impact, this is a great time to join the team and influence future positive outcomes for young people in need.
