Position: Individual Placements Program Manager
Salary: $60,000 – $63,000
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (Typical), some evenings and weekends required.

Position Summary:
The Program Manager for Individual Placements is responsible for overseeing the effective planning, management, development, sustainability, and growth of the program. This position will collaborate closely and create strategic partnerships with federal, state, county, and other host organizations. The Program Manager will recruit participants, administer stipends, and provide outreach and training to participants and their support networks. This position supervises the Individual Placements Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the collaborative development and implementation of program direction, including program changes, growth, service activities, partnerships, etc.
- Develop and implement a training component so that staff and Corpsmembers receive training and education to assist them in their professional development.
- Administer, supervise, assign, and implement multi-site operations ensuring that administration of all activities and personnel complies with current policies and procedures.
- Administer and delegate all aspects of program operations so that all projects/placements are in accordance with CCMI policy and budget constraints.
- Oversee the placement of participants in the program including interviews, assignments, evaluation, compensation, and all other related matters.
- Develop and manage the program budget to ensure efficient operations of the program.
- Oversee matters of program planning, policy development and interpretation, and public relations so that program objectives are effectively communicated to personnel and to the public.
- Oversee program safety policies and procedures so that personnel injuries, lost time, workers’ compensation costs, and vehicle/equipment accidents are minimized.
- Evaluate and enhance the program to ensure a high-quality program that meets the needs of communities, project partners, and participants.
- Ensure accountability for all required administrative and financial requirements to be completed.
- Ensure regular, effective two-way communication is provided to, from, and among program participants, CCMI administration, and management.
- Maintain program outcomes data and assist the organization in reporting program results to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading an internship placement program, young adult programming, and/or workforce development.
- Knowledge of young adult programming, with a special focus on workforce development, service learning, and national service.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain relationships with many stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and working with diverse audiences.
