The University of Plymouth is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Analyst or Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join the Technology & Information Services (TIS) Infrastructure Team.TIS prioritises efficient IT services with a cloud-first approach, enhancing digital capabilities for staff and students while ensuring a seamless digital experience for all stakeholders.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a progressive University in a picturesque location, making a meaningful impact.As a team member under the Infrastructure Team Leader’s guidance, you’ll help deliver customer-focused, cost-effective IT operations and maintenance services, including managing and administering network services and various on-premise and cloud services. Ideal candidates are strong team players with excellent communication skills and proven expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Telephony services (Zoom / Teams)
- Network services (Juniper / Azure / Cisco)
- On-premise services (predominantly Nutanix)
- Cloud services (predominantly Azure)
