Inside Sales Executive
Location: Feltham
Salary: Up to £38k + BonusWe are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team based in Feltham. In this role, you will be key in driving sales growth by generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company within the logistics and supply chain sector.Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through outbound calls and email campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Accurately record and track customer interactions in the CRM system

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in an inside sales or account management role
• Previous experience in a similar role with a UK-based freight forwarder or logistics provider
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience within logistics or supply chain is advantageous but not essential
