This is a 12-month fixed term contract for parental leave coverage.
The Experience Group has been established to support Beyond Blue in its transformation to becoming more community centric. The Experience Group supports the Lines of Business to achieve their strategy with frameworks and tools to incubate and accelerate best-in-class products & services for the community, through agile and iterative design and its trial, through to launch and scale.
The Insights Team is responsible for building and maintaining automated reporting solutions and providing insights and recommendations across Beyond Blue. The Insights Business Partner is responsible for consulting to a portfolio of stakeholders to coordinate and deliver optimal reporting and analysis solutions. This is a highly technical role that works with a variety of data sources, with a focus on digital analytics and insights to enhance Beyond Blue’s understanding of the communities that use our services in order to uncover opportunities for enhancement of those services.
Tertiary qualified in computer science, information systems or digital, the appointee will have strong analytical and consulting skills with extensive experience in a similar role. Your expertise in analytical skills and experience with digital metrics will be underpinned by your strong Power BI, Google Analytics and SQL Server capability and ability to build relationships and coordinate reporting with many internal and external stakeholders.
