Institutional Analytics is the trusted source for institutional data and analyses that empowers organizational success and informs decisions. The Institutional Analytics division in the Office of the Vice President for Information Technology is a comprehensive unit that services all 7 campuses and 2 academic centers in the areas of institutional research, assessment, decision support, and data analytics. The IU Kokomo/IU East Campus Manager of Institutional Effectiveness is a leadership position that will collaborate with the IE Director and other campus managers in Institutional Effectiveness. This position will support the IE Director in developing and maintaining a robust data and reporting infrastructure, producing data reports and analyses as well as responding to campus-wide requests for data.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
Kokomo, Indiana or Richmond, Indiana with regular travel to the IU East and IU Kokomo Campuses
This position is eligible to work a hybrid schedule (mix between remote and in-person work), subject to change in the future based on university policy and business needs.
