Project Objective/ Scope of Work
The Instructional Designer is expected to help develop an elearning course in the area of Sustainability comprising 11 modules (approx 40 minutes each).
The following is the specific activities to be performed:
- Develop and finalize module and course outlines including
- eLearning resources to be used for the course
- Develop and finalize storyboards
- Develop and finalize alpha version of courses
- Prepare knowledge checks and quizzes
- Prepare other learning reinforcement materials as necessary
Education/Training: Relevant Education
Language: Filipino and English
Professional experience:
- At least 7-10 years of demonstrated experience in developing eLearning materials as eLearning developer;
- Strong understanding of eLearning development from concept/content development and delivery for target audiences of various nationalities;
- Solid understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles in managing the development of eLearning content and instructional media; and
- Strong experience in using course authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and blended learning and eLearning best practices.
Preferred Criteria:
- Has consultancy work experience in the development sector.
