- Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 plus super and salary packaging

About the role
This position plays a pivotal role in advancing the Learning and Development strategy at VACCA by providing expert guidance and direction in the creation, enhancement, and delivery of diverse training programs.
About You
- Demonstrated commitment and understanding for the values that underpin VACCA’ vision and purpose.
- Awareness and appreciation of Aboriginal societies and cultures and an understanding of the issues affecting Aboriginal people in contemporary Australia and the diversity of circumstances of Aboriginal people
- Skills and experience in project management and project planning.
- Experience with end-to-end development of blended learning initiatives, with a focus on content, design, layout, flow, engagement, and interactions.
- Experience designing face to face, virtual and e-learning initiatives or evidence of experience designing instructional packages, material, or resources.
- Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand course content.
- Ability to develop clear and concise knowledge check activities or evaluation surveys that reflect the needs of the training
