• Support conceptualization, preparation, and implementation of learning programs.
• Support need assessments, gap identification, and prioritization of needs related to knowledge and learning.
• Propose learning objectives for courses and modules.
• Design the modular structure of each course and the type, sequence, and duration of learning resources and activities. 
• Propose strategies for each course’s formative and summative assessment, including designing open-response assessments and corresponding rubrics. 
• Ensure the pedagogical quality of each of the courses’ training resources and, in general, any instructional materials needed to create a practical learning experience, such as readings, case studies, practical exercises, guidelines, and rubrics. 
• Ensure that courses are aligned with Quality Matters (QM) standards (i.e., ensure the alignment of learning objectives, contents, activities, and assessments). 
• Propose activities for departments across the organization and monitor the results.
• Coordinate technical and administrative/logistical aspects of the production or delivery of knowledge and learning activities.
• Propose best practices in instructional design and provide innovative approaches to ensure the program’s continuous improvement. 

• Bachelor’s degree in pedagogy, education, psychology, or related fields. Candidates with a Master, certification in e-learning will be considered positively.

• You must have at least two (2) years of experience as an instructional designer. Experience in remote education aimed at public or private sector officials will be considered positively.

• Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.
