| Department Summary |
As part of Division of Academic Innovation, the Educational Media team provides a variety of services to the campus community in two primary areas: multimedia production and graphic design. The Educational Media team designs, develops, and distributes many types of media for UNTHSC faculty, staff, internal departments, and University affiliates. The team also provides comprehensive technical support services for Mediasite and Verbit. The team is focused on excellent customer service, superior production and design and innovative approaches to educational media. |
| Position Overview |
The Instructional Media Specialist is responsible for providing quality customer service, technical training, and support regarding the use of audio-visual equipment for educational purposes and creating multimedia productions. |

| Minimum Qualifications |
Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

| Preferred Qualifications |
- Experience in operating professional studio production equipment
- Experience with adapting and setting up creatively composed shoots in a studio or on-location
- Experience with managing and organize assets and files on a media server
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Experience in higher education, especially medical education

Monday to Friday 8-5 on campus in Fort Worth with flexible work arrangement available. Scheduled weekly remote work may be available. |

- Provide video production services for educational and promotional documentation

- Manage and organize assets and files on the Division’s media server and Mediasite
