Job Description
General Duties
- Analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and workflow problems and recommending solutions.
- Maintain a high level of end users satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate information, responding to inquiries in a professional manner, and taking ownership of customer issues.
- Training users on how to use the new system once it has been implemented.
- Creating reports based on data compiled from the system and presenting them to management.
- Coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure that they meet their contractual obligations.
- Providing support to users by answering questions on how to use the system/troubleshoot issues that arise.
- Monitoring system performance for improvement or problem spots that may require further improvement.
- Serve as the focal point for all end users, managing expectations and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Understand workflows and objectives, and how they utilize our software solutions.
- Train customers on proper utilization of software features and functions
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth system operation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new product features/functionality.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve end users satisfaction and efficiency.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Specific Duties:

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, business administration or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years experience working with ERP software, preferably SAP and in working in supply chain/operations.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project management experience
- Certification in SAP or other ERP software
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Crystal Reports or Business Objects
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as ABAP or Java
