Job Description

 General Duties

  • Analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and workflow problems and recommending solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of end users satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate information, responding to inquiries in a professional manner, and taking ownership of customer issues.
  • Training users on how to use the new system once it has been implemented.
  • Creating reports based on data compiled from the system and presenting them to management.
  • Coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure that they meet their contractual obligations.
  • Providing support to users by answering questions on how to use the system/troubleshoot issues that arise.
  • Monitoring system performance for improvement or problem spots that may require further improvement.
  • Serve as the focal point for all end users, managing expectations and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Understand workflows and objectives, and how they utilize our software solutions.
  • Train customers on proper utilization of software features and functions
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth system operation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and new product features/functionality.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve end users satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    Specific Duties:

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, business administration or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years experience working with ERP software, preferably SAP and in working in supply chain/operations.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Project management experience
  • Certification in SAP or other ERP software
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Crystal Reports or Business Objects
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as ABAP or Java
